Low-Level light therapy with Healite II is the therapeutic use of light emitting diode (LED) light to stimulate cellular function to improve and quicken wound healing, treat acne, rejuvenate the appearance of skin, improve local circulation and relieve pain and stiffness in muscles and joints.
Our LED lights are not UV lights or lasers.
It is a pain free and non-invasive treatment that delivers concentrated energy deep into your tissue affecting your body at a cellular level. It is safe and effective for all skin types.
Our skilled technicians can use Healite II as a standalone therapy or as an adjective enhancement of recovery with any skin procedure.

How Does it Work?
The specially designed LED lights are used to photomodulate cellular function. The cells absorb light energy without incidence of damage from heat or physical trauma.
Various cellular functions are upregulated (increases cellular response) enhancing cell repair and function as well as stimulating proliferation.
How comfortable is the treatment?
Very comfortable. In face, many patients find it relaxing.
How long are the treatments?
Relatively short, depending on your clinician’s treatment plan. Typical treatments last between 10 and 20 minutes.
How long is the downtime?
There isn’t any downtime for the standalone Healite II treatment.
However if the Healite II treatment is an adjunctive treatment, there may be an associated downtime to your other procedure. Your clinician will discuss this with you during your consultation.
How many treatments will I need?
Your clinician will discuss your treatment goals with you; these goals will determine the number of treatments you will need.
Feeling more and more confident in my skin thanks to Iconic Medispa
I've always had relatively clear skin but I always get those annoying reoccurring pimple/s. ? I don't use any foundation at all (I don't even own any) as I feel like it prevents my skin from breathing and clogs up my pores. So far I've visited the girls 3 times - First for the amazing Hydrafacial then a Ultraclear Purifying Mask and the last one was their new LED Treatment. ? After turning 25 in September, I've become quite conscious of anti-ageing and the best way to prevent is to apply Sunscreen every time you walk out the door. Seriously guys, it's a no brainer!

It actually sucks those pesky blackheads and impurities all out
My pregnancy skin had been looking really dry and crap so this was a really nice treat - it's an Iconic Medispa Hydrafacial. You know those facials where they just rub a whole bunch of oils on your face but then it's over and you're like, "Oh ok but what about all my blackheads?" This is NOT one of those - it actually sucks those pesky blackheads and impurities all out (and reduces redness and pigmentation). Yes I know some of you are going, ‘Gross! ? Unfollow!’ but I think it’s gross-awesome... and oddly invigorating ? My skin now feels so soft and looks brighter. This to me is what a facial should do.
